The Meadowbrook Baptist Church was founded in 1989 by: Dr. Peter Hastings. Dr. Peter Hastings felt the leading of the Lord to start a ministry in the city of Dorinda, MC. After much prayer and fasting, the church was formed. Through prayer, witnessing, fellowshipping, and outreach, the Meadowbrook Baptist Church has grown by leaps and bounds since its inception in 1989 under the leadership of Dr. Peter Hastings. He is helped in the ministry by his wife Sis. Letitia Hastings. They work tirelessly with the help of the assistant pastor, Reverend Gustavo Mclean, and the other leaders of the church. The church joined the Greater Buelahland Fellowship in 1989. Under the leadership of Bishop Berry Adkins, through the Greater Buelahland Fellowship, MC; the church has flourished significantly through its programs. The church has a number of ministries that help its members grow in Christ. The church's leadership team and ministry staff members are well trained to minister to the members of Meadowbrook Baptist Church.
