Evg. James Randol, who was then 16 years old, founded Shekinah Glory Ministries in 1988.  Evg. Randol was called to the ministry at the age of 13.  He preached his first sermon at 14 years old.  A dynamic call and anointing could be seem on his life.

Evg. Randol was ordained as an evangelist in 1985 by Dr. Paul Hagleford, pastor of Forest Hill Church in Hardaway, Maddocha.  Evg. Randol began preaching and running revivals in the city and state in 1986.

Other young ministers and evangelists began to ask Evg. Randol for help with their ministry.  This prompted Evg. Randol to start Shekinah Glory Ministries in 1988. Shekinah Glory Ministries joined the Greater Buelahland Fellowship in 1988.
