The Northside Pentecostal Church Outreach program began in 1992 under the guidance of our first lady, Sis. I. L. Cooper. She saw a need in the community and talked to her husband about starting an outreach ministry.
The Northside Outreach Program has an homeless ministry that feeds about 30 families a year. The homeless ministry has clothed a number of families as well. Northside offers a career program that helps people prepare their resumes, learn computer skills, and learn how to search for jobs. The career program has placed over 150 on jobs since its inception in 1992.

Sis. Cooper and Northside have been recognized by the city of Absanie and the state of Maddocha for its community outreach program. Eld. and Sis. Cooper believe that reaching the community is the best way to reach souls.
