Greater St. James Church was founded by Rev. Tyler Brownwood in 1992.  Since its beginning, reaching people with the good news of Christ has always been our heartbeat.

Rev. Brownwood has fed and shepherded this flock, leading as God has blessed with steady growth from 12 to more than 200 members, and all the while maintaining a unique spirit of love and unity.

From the smallest child to the eldest adult, we're a church with a vision for Christ.  Our vision is to lead all people into an ever-deepening relationship with the Lord, and build strong, Christ-centered families.  That means strengthening our home base—our church. But that's only the beginning. God has given our church a far-sighted vision. We're praying and working towards citywide and statewide spiritual awakening and revival.
