Registration Information
All participants must register in advance.
Registration certification is required for attendance.
Registration fees are not refundable. Fees cover
programs, printing, convention hall services, materials, and insurance.
Child Care will be available.
Registration Fees:
Early:
$70.00 per person (By July 10, 2010)
Late Date 1: $85.00 (After July 10, 2010)
Late Date 2: $105.00 (After August 10, 2010)
All participants pay the registration fee. Make check payable to Greater
Buelahland Fellowship and send with registration
form.
Registration Packet
The registration packet will include the following:
Map to the convention center from where you will be coming from.
Name tags
Convocation packet (folder, pad, pen, key chain)
Convocation Program
Convocation Souvenir Book
Child Care
The Greater Buelahland Fellowship will offer child care for a limited number
of preschool children ages 0 to 3.
Child Care will be by reservation only and participants will need to stay in
hotel lodging (see listing of hotels and rates in this
brochure.) For specific

Registration Deadline
Early Registration:
By July 10, 2010 ($70.00) - All other registrations must be late or completed at
the convocation.
Late Registration Date 1:
After July 10, 2010 ($85.00) - All other registrations must be completed at
the convocation.
Late Registration Date 2:
After August 10, 2010 ($105.00) - All other registrations must be completed at
the convocation.
Registration completed at the convocation will cost $105.00.
